- Get Prequalified
TELL US ABOUT YOUR PURCHASE:
If you are shopping for a home, the best thing to do before submitting any purchase offers is to get prequalified. When you are prequalified you will know how much home you can purchase and what your monthly payments will be. We will give you a Prequalification Letter that you can submit with your offer to purchase. This letter shows that you are a serious buyer, and you have already figured out your financing. This gives you a critical edge in today's market.
- Get Preapproved
If you want a fast closing you may need to get preapproved. This requires a complete loan submission with the exception of an appraisal and a sales contract. Also known as a credit-and-income approval, your loan is approved pending the receipt of the sales contract and an appraisal. This speeds the underwriting process and helps us close your loan more quickly.
- Close the Deal
We ensure that your closing is as smooth and painless as possible. As a result, we work closely with Realtors and Escrow to make sure your purchase closes on time and as agreed. Nobody wants to have to wait around for loan documents, so you can rest assured that we will have them ready when you need them.
