We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our customers to any non-affiliated third parties except as required by law.

At Pacific Crest Financial, we are deeply committed to protecting the privacy of our customers.

This statement describes the security precautions we have implemented and information about our privacy policy. Pacific Crest Financial is dedicated to protecting the confidentiality of our customers by securely maintaining the personally identifiable information in our possession. Personally identifiable information includes but is not limited to a customer's name, address, phone number, e-mail address, social security number, birth date and any other information that identifies a particular customer and/or financial information about a customer. Pacific Crest Financial will only share a customer's personally identifiable and/or financial information with the following persons or business entities: Pacific Crest Financial employees and independent contractors that need access to this information to perform their authorized duties; service providers that require the information in order to process a particular loan application; potential investors who require the information in order to determine whether to purchase and/or service a Pacific Crest Financial loan; service providers that assist us in our risk management; federal and state regulatory agencies and a court of appropriate jurisdiction.

In addition to our commitment to protect the personally identifiable information of our customers, we are equally as dedicated to the implementation and maintenance of security precautions and encryption technologies. Pacific Crest Financial also ensures that any customer's personally identifiable and/or financial information in our possession is and always will be stored securely in our databases or storage facilities. We are required by governmental regulatory agencies to maintain records related to loan transactions for a period of time, usually three years. After this time all paper records are securely shredded.
